ImportSentry is a US trade-remedy intelligence publication: a free case tracker and email briefs on antidumping and countervailing duty actions. This policy explains what we collect when you use the site and subscribe to the briefs, and how we use it. We are origin-neutral and supplier-agnostic, and we do not sell your information.
What we collect
- Your email address — collected only when you subscribe to the briefs, and used only to deliver them.
- Signup attribution — with a subscription we record how you arrived (referring page, landing page, and any campaign tags in the URL) so we know which channels bring readers.
- Basic analytics — standard aggregate usage and referral data to understand how the site is used and improve it. Searches and filters in the case tracker run entirely in your browser and are not sent to us.
How it's processed
- Subscription processor — subscriptions are handled through a third-party form/email provider so we can store your email and deliver the briefs.
- Analytics provider — aggregate usage analytics. We do not use this to identify you personally.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe from the briefs at any time, and you can ask us to delete your email and associated records by contacting us. We retain subscriber data only as long as needed to deliver the briefs you asked for.
